Yung Tory is a vegan Rastafarian rapper known for his unique melodic flows.
• The Toronto native spent part of his childhood in Atlanta. He’s of Jamaican and Grenadian descent.
• He got his start rapping on his father’s karaoke machine.
• Tory’s 2017 breakout single “Water” caught the attention of Chicago rapper Lil Durk, who signed him to his Only the Family label.
• In 2018, Tory racked up millions of streams with his remix of masked DJ Marshmello and English singer Anne-Marie’s hit “Friends.”
• The rapper dropped his debut album, Rastar, in 2019. Later that year, he signed with Def Jam and released the EP Still Here.
