Acerca de Olivia Rox
Pop singer Olivia Rox delivers her earnest, often empowering songs with a big, soulful voice developed from performing throughout her childhood. A one-time American Idol finalist (2016), she released her first solo album, POPROX, in 2019.

The daughter of saxophonist Warren Hill and singer-turned-producer Tamara Van Cleef, Agoura Hills, Colorado native Olivia Isabella Hannah Hill performed from a young age, joining her father on-stage (at her request) to sing "Someday My Prince Will Come" as a toddler. She wrote her first song at age four and had composed hundreds by her late teens. In the meantime, she starred in the kids' film Olivia Rox at eight (and provided its soundtrack), had lead roles in regional musical theater, was eliminated before the semifinals of American Idol's eighth season at age ten, and started her own social media channel showcasing both her covers and original songs. Still a preteen, she relocated with her family to Los Angeles, and in 2013, at 14, she appeared as a contestant on TV's America's Got Talent. Following a dalliance with Warner Bros., she started shooting her own Roxumentary web series, which led to an invitation to audition for American Idol again. Specializing in pop, she made it into the final ten of the show's 15th season in 2016 with her takes on Christina Aguilera, Maroon 5, and Demi Lovato, among others. The appearance led to a contract with Songbird Records as Rox went to work on her first album.

Her first official single, "It Girl," saw release in mid-2019. It was produced by Rox with her parents and mixed by Grammy winner Mick Guzauski (Pharrell Williams, One Direction). Her debut album, POPROX, followed on Songbird that September.
