Acerca de Yui Horie
Starting out as a voice actor in a number of anime series, Yui Horie (born Yoshiko Horie) released her first album of sugary J-pop in 2000, coinciding with her main breakout in a leading role in the competitive Japanese voice acting world. Releasing an album every year or so in combination with her acting career, Horie slowly built up some chart numbers, peaking quickly with high sales of her second album, Black Cat and Moon Floating Adventure, but returning again and again with strong showings. Spending a few years away from the recording studio in favor of acting and a popular Tokyo radio show, Horie returned to the charts in early 2008 with the Top Ten debut of Darling.
